Please note that due to the high cost of producing lawn signs and frames there is a $45 deposit required, which is returned in full via cheque when the sign and frame has been returned in good condition. Shipping of the sign to you and back again is covered by BC Island Homes.

It is understood that 'BC Island Homes' will design a web page Internet ad for my home/property which will be completed within 7 days or less of them receiving this form, photos and full payment. BC Island Homes reserves the right to omit information or reword text. In the event that I cancel my ad before it's completed, I will receive a 50% refund. BC Island Homes will charge my credit card for the lawn sign & frame refundable deposit of $45, plus either the 5 photo package $215.00 or the 10 photo & sign package $265.00, which ever I have selected on this form. This is valid until my property sells. I understand I will receive an occasional email or phone call from BC Island Homes asking if my property is still for sale, if I do not reply within 7 days, BC Island Homes may assume that my property has sold and remove my ad. I understand that this is only valid for FOR SALE BY OWNER and not available in conjunction with a Realtor Listing. Any products and/or services provided by BC Island Homes are to be used as advertising tools and will not guarantee the sale of my home. I will supply photos and the information regarding my home for use on the web site. Terms of this agreement are accepted and I authorize the above mentioned work to be completed by 'BC Island Homes'.
