It is understood that 'BC Island Homes' will place an online classified advertisement for my home/property on www.bcislandhomes.com. BC Island Homes reserves the right to omit information or reword text I understand that this is only valid for FOR SALE BY OWNER and not available in conjunction with a Realtor Listing. Any products and/or services provided by BC Island Homes are to be used as advertising tools and will not guarantee the sale of my home. I will supply one photo and the information regarding my home for use on BC Island Homes web site and furthermore, I agree that BC Island Homes can charge my credit card for $55.00 for my classified advertisement with photo, email or web address. I understand I will receive an occasional email or phone call from BC Island Homes asking if my property is still for sale, if I do not reply within 7 days, BC Island Homes may assume that my property has sold and remove my ad. Terms of this agreement are accepted and I authorize the above mentioned work to be completed by 'BC Island Homes'.
