" When people, land, and community are as one, all three prosper. "

Langford is the third largest municipality in Greater Victoria, located west of Victoria in the area known as the Western Communities. Langford is home to 29,300 permanent residents.

Langford was established in 1851 as a farming community. It has seen rapid growth in recent years, becoming the commercial centre for all of the Western Communities with a revitalized downtown and many new sports facilities. Langford is a very diverse community, home to the famous Goldstream Provincial Park, the Western Speedway, and Bear Mountain Resort.

But don’t stop there. Langford has three lakes, several parks, great areas for biking, hiking, fishing, and kayaking. The Galloping Goose Trail passes through Langford on the way to Sooke, a 100 kilometre multi use trail.

Langford is a fully service community with everything you would require. In a very short period of time Langford has become a shopping destination for much of Greater Victoria.
